Over 40 Years of Service in Palm Beach County
Adopt-A-Family’s work began in 1983, when three local women “adopted” a family of four who had been crushed by medical bills and forced into homelessness. After helping this family find a home and get back on their feet, our founders formed the agency to help more families in need of a helping hand. Since then, Adopt-A-Family has grown into the largest service provider for low-income families in Palm Beach County – providing housing and hope to over 60,000 local families.
