Adopt-A-Family participates in the EVerify program to confirm employment eligibility for all newly hired employees. All offers of employment are contingent upon verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States.

Certain positions at Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches require a Florida Level II Background Check, which includes fingerprinting and screening through state and federal databases in accordance with Florida Statute 435.04. All screenings are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and results are kept strictly confidential.
